Tucked on a quiet street in San Juan, Spiga is the kind of whole-in-the-wall café you dream about long after your trip. Their fresh-baked breads, strong coffee, and cozy interiors are exactly the kind of vibe that slows down your morning—in the best way.

This wine bar and restaurant in San Juan completely blew us away. Think beautifully designed space, natural wines, and small plates that are anything but simple. You have to try the beetroot carpaccio—it was one of the best dishes we’ve ever had.
